Spoke with H&H Kendal office recently whilst looking for properties to buy. Very helpful and professional staff who provided me with everything I needed to know, so much that it made me consider using them for when I sell my property. Visited a number of agents in the area and H&H were by far the best.

H&H recently sold our house in Burneside. We were really impressed with the quality of the service provided. We felt very supported in the process from the initial valuation to the final negotiations. We would highly recommend H&H to any prospective purchasers or sellers.

This letting agency do not operate on a first come first served basis when applying for property. I viewed a property I really liked but wanted to ask some questions before applying for the lease, however, the agent was quite rude and failed to get back to me with the information. I then had no choice but to send in an application without having my questions answered, and they never called me back. I called several times to try and speak with the agent but I was simply told he is out of the office and he will call you if you are successful. They never called me. I found the whole process un-professional and the receptionist very rude.

I have just today received an email from this company,un-solicited!! Offering a free valuation of my property and other services.I had, until now, never heard of the company.I took the trouble to ring and ask why they had sent the email and to also to ask how they had obtained my private email address.The lady who took my call obviously had no idea what I was talking about, nor did she seemed particularly concerned.She INSISTED! that at some point had must have had contact with them and given them my email address. Her only real response was to say that on the email there would be an unsubscribe button" just press it.This is terrible customer relations and very bad practice for any respectable business."
