For the last 3+ years, I tend to come here for all my clothing needs. Alterations, repairs, cleaning, pressing etc. Friendly warm experience, keen to providing the best quality service, on time at very reasonable prices. What I particularly appreciate about Louise of Surrey especially when it comes to alterations is the attention to detail. They listen to you, discovering the style and fit you want and offer feedback where necessary. This is the number one spot in the area.

Love coming here! Louise is always so helpful and so fast at doing things. The prices are very reasonable too, especially considering how amazing the quality of work is. I usually come to get alterations and tailoring done and there hasn’t ever been a time where my items weren’t ready on time. Definitely recommend coming here!The customer service is also impeccable. Louise was such an incredible help when I was preparing for my wedding. She altered my exit dress my husbands wedding trousers, by bridal shower dress and also the mine and my bridesmaids traditional Nigerian dresses.Louise has such a calm and professionalManner. She keeps to time and to a high standard.I have adopted her as my new dry cleaner. Definitely recommend!

Have used Louise of Surrey for dry cleaning services (incl duvets, tuxedos, etc) for a year now. We were always delighted with professional, friendly service so I was delighted to hear they would carry out complex alterations to my wedding dress, which was about a size too big. They did a fabulous job and didn’t finish the job until they were satisfied the dress was perfect for my shape. Such a credit to the neighbourhood - couldn’t recommend more.
