Having had a service contract with another provider for 2 years in which I was charged a fortune for servicing and a recent callout charge for £1000 for a 20 minute check on my system, i decided to reach out to The Basement Sump and Pump. I have to say from the Initial call with Emma to tie fast booking and brilliant Liam who undertook the service, I cannot believe I had not taken this step before. Excellent customer service, excellent service on site and I would not hesitate to recommend.Thanks overall to a brilliant team!!

Had an issue with one of my waste water pumps. Engineer came within a few hours. The engineer Liam resolved the issue on site and took time to explain the issue and what to look out for in the future.
