IMO Car Wash
RUDE! Washed my car here, and noticed some damage on my car after. Went to speak them about it and the manager said Are you joking?" and accused me of just buying my car with the marks on it and taking it over to blame it on them! Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer. I wont be back."

Staff friendly and helpful.rooms very cleanLarge tv free wi fi. Restaurant very nice food was excellent chicken Balmoral for sweet bannana fritters maple syrup.Swimming,sauna,steam room inclusive.Overall excellent stay would and will book again.thankyou for a good stay

Excellent car wash!I requested a silver valeting and recieved an exceptional service! The staff was kind and very obliging despite their English not being fluent. Especially the jung lad who veleted the car. He made the car look brand new.First-class service.Thank you so much!

Great car wash place. Usually there is no long wait and you get to choose from many different programs available for automatic wash or if you want to take it a step further then why not use their car valeting services. Usually there isn't a long wait and whenever longer queue starts building they work very fast and efficient to minimise customers waiting time.

Paid £13 for Ultra HD wash, machine stopped twice whilst inside, the drier was tied up and didn't really dry the car, the pads.atnthe exit were not rotating and came out to find I had 4 dirty wheels, usually there is a wheel pre wash, not this time, guy seemed like he was inconvenienced by my presence, he came to the exit to restart machine and made no effort to check if everything was ok, last wash here was amazing, this time was a disaster, would recommend going to Blackpark Filling station instead

Our car having stayed under a tree for one night found itself half covered with bird droppings, more particularly seagulls. We tried to clean it in a standard automatic car wash machine. Unfortunately only a part was removed. We then went to Imo Car Wash in Inverness where the high pressure washing worked wonders! A very friendly and professional team took care of our car quickly. Many thanks for their remarkable help!!

Dropped in here about 4 weeks ago, I simply asked the attendant for some water so I could rinse some crud off my windscreen, I even had my own sponge just needed some of the copious amounts of water he had infront of him.All he could say was no sorry" and shake his head regularly
