Peter was excellent. Professional, helpful and knowledgable. Peter designed the alterations we wanted to be made the property and then continued to make alterations as we went through planning. He kept me informed throughout the process and spoke to the planning officer. Initially the plans would not have passed but with liaison and small amendments the alterations were approved. Peter did all this work and I was surprised that this was all included in the price. He is still working with us as we move the project forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter.

I instructed Peter to carry out a planning application on my behalf for a large 100m2 wrap round extension. The property is in a conservation area so we had numerous challenges to overcome.
