I took my boy in there today and we had a look around, he can be quite awkward and a handful at times.The service we received in particular from the brunette lady was out of this world. She spent time showing my son a snake skin, going through spiders and introducing him to a huge incredible house reptile from Argentina which was simply amazing.I have managed Mercedes, Citroen, VW, Vauxhall, Toyota and Audi sales teams and I wish so much that my current and former staff could create an experience for our customers like she did for us.Absolutely outstanding customer service, you would be an idiot to look anywhere else, never consider elsewhere else, with such a niche style product" these guys were all so well informed and enthusiastic I was incredibly impressed
