I ordered a platter of sandwiches and a platter of sausage rolls to be collected on Sunday for my sons bday party. When I arrived to collect them I was told they did not have my order. However not only did they make my order from scratch in about 1 hour, they also delivered to my house AND added in extras as an apology. Everything was 10/10 delicious! I have zero complaints and would definitely order the platters for a function again. Thank you again to the store manager for going out of your way to save the day!

Yesterday, I decided to visit the store and give it a try. Unfortunately, it was quite disorganised, and at one point, there were no staff members behind the counter.Customers were handling the bread on display, then deciding to put it back, there was a lack of proper hygiene measures.Patiently waited to be served but eventually gave up as the wait was too long. I left the store shortly after along with a couple of other people.My suggestion is that the store needs to improve its organisation and ensure that staff members are present and attentive at the front of the shop to serve customers effectively.Won’t be returning.

Wenzles are FANTASTIC, the staff are amazing and incredibly accommodating, you want a sandwich or a baguette with or without certain ingredients, they will make it, no trouble at all.And the range of food and fresh baked goods are incredible!Can't find what you want on the shelf just ask!The manager Steph is an absolute delight!Claudia and Dylan are wonderful too!!

Always quick to serve and they have a very interesting selection of baguettes ready made to go. Probably the best selection on Southampton High Street.

I popped in to the city to have a wander around the shops and saw this new bakery.Opposite Primark it was not difficult to miss with the orange signage.Looks good I thought. I like a freshly made baguette but it was so busy I didn’t want to queue for long.However, I did think the place was really well stocked with the choice of fresh produce, sandwiches and pastries.I have since read online that they are a British company from North-West London and have been in business since 1975!I give it four stars for the moment but that’s because I left before being served.It’s not a criticism but it’s a compliment and I will be back in time for that extra star I’m sure.

Staff were nice and friendly. Tried a coffee and sausage sandwich for breakfast. More expensive than Greggs and somehow tasted worse. Bitter coffee and one bite of sausage then threw away. Just my opinion.

I popped into this bakery yesterday and was greeted by friendly staff. I was served by a lady called Steph. The brown bread I brought was lovely and of good quality. Very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing!I recently visited Wenzels in Southampton and it was incredibly refreshing to enter such a welcoming and clean environment, the staff were happy to assist in recommending items.Everything was well displayed and it was clear that the people working here are invested in making it a great place for customers to visit.I was impressed by the quality of the products and the overall atmosphere.
