I bought an Apple tablet at a brilliant price but was having problems transferring files and lost my emails ( totally my fault)! Called in for help and I have to say that the Customer Care delivered by Clare was SUPERB. She was knowledgeable and really patient with this “ old codger”. If only all shops had such brilliant staff.
