Have felt the need to update my review as my pump burnt out due to a leak on the LED's causing water exposure to inadequate seals on the pump. There are several leaks around the hot tub. The screws used inside the tub are also inadequate and most of the metal work is rusty. The hot tubs are a pretty poor show on the inside. Even more disappointed to find my friends has done the exact same thing and she also has leaks from the pipes, I recommended this friend to Blue Whale Spa and now feel bad for doing so!

We purchased the candy bay 2 after visiting the showroom in Cardiff and chatting with the lovely Meena, who was extremely knowledgable about all of the products. Once we had made our choice, delivery was offered for the following week and the installation team were fantastic, given we had limited space to manoeuvre the tub into place. They two gave expert advice on how to operate and run the hot tub. I would thoroughly recommend Blue Whale Spa to anyone thinking of purchasing a rigid hot tub.

We decided on using Blue Whale Spa to supply and fit our hot tub after lots of internet research. We weren’t disappointed, they offered impartial information on the tubs they supply and we decided on the one that best fitted our family needs. Installation went smoothly, we were in our tub the next day!

A brilliant experience, the sales team were very helpful and knowledgeable, the spa was delivered within two weeks and the installation engineers were very professional, we have now had our spa for four months and can’t fault it we only wished we had bought it earlier. The tub arrived an the 2 guys who delivered an installed it was brilliant, went through everything with me, left no mess extremely polite an friendly, would highly recommend this company
