I was advised to contact Genuine Copies by my TV manufacturers Customer Service team due to the tv being discontinued and im glad I did. Can't believe this. Ordered remote yesterday as mine gave up the ghost and was an M & S tv and couldn't find a tv code for it for a new universal remote. Turned up less than 24 hours later, put batteries and was away. Absolutely brilliant and cheap too
