Unfortunately we were not given the correct information

We just wanted a local map to know what we were looking at whilst walking around. Despite us not paying for an organised trip, they couldn’t have been nicer. Will definitely book a trip with them next visit if we have time.

Small shop where can get Tourist information and some maps.

Oh to check about my Key card cause I lost it sometime ago and wondered as to it's whereabout! Anyway the Agent I spoke with couldn't trace my record and advised that I should check again sometime or I probably do it myself through their website! Lovely atmosphere and thanks for that! Great place to find out about busses to and from Oxford. Also to get your travel card from and to do your top up.

The information from this site was limited, and I thought poor.The information we received on the walking tour was not much better than looking at the street plan and doing a self guided tour. Disappointing for the price.Why did this site not know that there were graduations being held over the next 2 days and many sites would be closed

Oxford Bus Company is a joke, I’ve had to use several of their town services as well as the X90 to London and the number of times I have been left stranded is too high to count. I have angry-tweeted at them over a dozen of times and at least they have the decency to copy-paste a pathetic excuse... little good does it do me when I am an hour late and/or freezing though.

Lovely place to visit. Would recommend 100%
