Brainstead - Neurofeedback Southampton
I had Neurofeedback treatment with Brainstead a couple of months back for sleeping problems and some other problems which I would like to keep confidential but I can definitely say it helped me. My sleep is so much better and my other issues have drastically improved. At the beginning I was a bit sceptical but now I can see that it really helped me and I would highly recommend it to others.Anna is a really nice lady and I am grateful to her for introducing Neurofeedback to me!
