I called Mr. Singh and assured him that I had an urgent immigration and asylum question, and he told me that the office would contact me to schedule an appointment. No one called me, so I tried to call again after 3 days and they scheduled an appointment for me on Monday the 16th, then postponed the appointment until Friday the 20th. After all this waiting, they called me on the same day (Friday) to reschedule the appointment for another week!!! I canceled the appointment because this was completely unprofessional.
