Absolutely delighted that Quick Fix Appliances fixed my dishwasher. Here within an hour and the problem fixed. Thank you as I almost went to the expense of buying a new one.

**PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE FULL REVIEW**Came out same day to fix dishwasher, which had been removed from space in kitchen and fully disconnected. After quick repair, dishwasher was tested to ensure problem was fixed. Very reasonable cost and good service.1 week later, we discovered a puddle under the dishwasher, caused by small leak from cold water feed, which had not been fully tightened up. This caused water to soak into the floor under other kitchen cabinets and to wick up into the plaster on the wall behind the dishwasher.I called Quick Fix Appliances to ask what insurance cover they might have if the damp had caused any damage which might come to light once we had been able to get the worst if it to dry out. I was told by the proprietor that whilst he could recall reconnecting the waste outlet hose, he had not touched the cold water feed and that any leak from there had nothing to do with him.The wall is still drying out 24 hours later and whilst I had considered just chalking it up to experience, I'd hate to think of other people being on the receiving end of similar treatment in the event of another incident.I'm not saying that you shouldn't use Quick Fix Appliances, but I would suggest that you might want to check carefully that any water supplies are fully tightened before you push your dishwasher back under the worktop.

Really quick response time and clear about what was wrong. Had the part and fitted really quickly. Well worth the money.

*Add on comment- when you pay for a repair you expect the machine to be fully checked and the issue rectified. Complete and utter waste of money!!!I had Alex out to fix my dishwasher on 3 separate occasions. The first time the drain pump was replaced & a month later I had the same issue. Called him out again & he drained the water out the bottom and said that it was fixed. Told me it was because of the brand of dishwasher tablets I was using. 2 days later, it wasn’t working again. He was due to come out again & I hadn’t heard from him what time, sent a message & it didn’t deliver. Tried to call him & it rang and went to voicemail. Withheld my number and it rang and he answered. Obviously had blocked my number. He came out and yanked the dishwasher out from the wall BY THE DOOR(?!?) & pulled the door off the hinge and said the issue again was the drain pump.I ended up calling the manufacturer to come out and they said the issue should have been spotted straight away with basic checks.Sent a message to Alex explaining this but obviously my number is still blocked.Not very professional.

Phoned this morning to get washing machine fixed. Arrived a few hours later. Washing machine fixed quickly and reasonable price. Would recommend

Call about an issue with my washing machine around 3pm, came out and sorted it, I had a wash on by 3:45 - really is quick fix!

Broken door on washing machine. Called the chap. Came in 10 minutes. Replaced broken door in 10 minutes. Magic. Washing able to be dried and new load put in. Importantly wife happy!

Called Alex, who gave me advice over the phone and now my dish washer is working. Very grateful to him! :)

Washing machine suddenly stopped functioning, with the digital display showing no water supply to the machine. Cleared out the filter, as suggested in the manual, but this did not solve the problem. The manual suggested a possible blockage in the pipe connecting the water supply to the machine, but I did not feel confident investigating that so decided to contact Alex Armstrong at Quick Fix Appliances. He arrived at the property within the hour and the issue was fixed within 20 minutes for a reasonable price. The machine was test run before he departed and I was able to wash the laundry later that day. Very satisfied with the service.
