Little Moonbeams Day Nursery

I moved my elder son to Little Moonbeams in 2014 and he thrived. The individual care, encouragement and attention they give each child is second to none. He now excels at school (Y1) & I attribute this in part to his time at Moonbeams. His baby brother joined Moonbeams at 6 months old in Jan 2015 & has also grown immensely in his time there, reaching milestones early & showing great self confidence and independence.I can't recommend the nursery highly enough. The 3 rooms (baby, toddler & preschool) are perfectly themed for each age group & very well equipped. The range of activities and trips are very varied. There are even animals which are brought in for the children to interact with or a trip to the mini farm at the owners home. Meals are freshly prepared and both my sons always had/have all plus more!". Easter

Little Moonbeams is a wonderful nursery, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds with the amazing care and attention she gets from the staff there. She absolutely loves going to nursery and it's amazing knowing that she is so happy to be there. The staff are also great in supporting the parents too, I'm regularly kept up to date with emails about all what's going on. Every member of staff is so polite and happy, and they treat my daughter as if she's one of their own! It's an amazing place and recommend it highly!

Our boy just left Little Moonbeams nursery and we cannot thank them enough or sing their praises loudly enough. They have been incredible, we previously had our child in another nursery and had real issues with staff training, but the staff here have been amazing. They all seem to genuinely love their jobs, they go above and beyond and they really changed the long-term outcomes for our SEN child who was lacking support in his previous setting. Thank you all!

Little Moonbeams is a really lovely nursery with amazing staff. Both my 2 children attended the nursery over a period of 8 years in total, and we are lucky enough to still be connected with them through After School Club. My son had fairly complex health requirements as a toddler, and Moonbeams always offered exceptional care, making an otherwise very stressful return to work for me much easier than it could have been. I have never had any doubts about leaving my children in their care at all, the staff go over and above and completely understand the challenges of the working parent. My children consider themselves 'Moonbeams babies', and we have a whole network of support and friends born out of their time at the nursery. I can only think that the very recent, out of the ordinary, negative comments are not from anyone who has fully experienced Moonbeams for any length of time or at all, unfortunately these review sites cannot check these details. I have recommended the nursery to many many families in Faversham and will continue to do so. Thank you Vicky and team for all your dedication.

I currently have one child in the preschool at little moonbeams, but all 3 of my children have attended and so have experienced care in the baby, toddler and preschool rooms. My children love little moonbeams! The staff are warm and welcoming and there is a real home away from home feel to the care. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing detailed handovers regarding your child's day and always willing to help. Children are exposed to animals, regularly have trips our and are always making things! There is a great variety of activities to help your child develop. We couldn't be happier with the care provided.

Little moonbeams was the first and only nursery I viewed for my son to start when he was year old and I had to return to work. Straight away I felt the nursery was warm, friendly, homely and most of all the care and compassion from all members of staff towards the children and their welfare was more than I could have expected.As for payment, when joining the nursery it is always made clear payment has to be made before the 10th of every month either by bank transfer or cash. Like any business or company nothing runs on thin air and even though it envolves children, us as parents are still customers who are paying for a service so I feel it's only far that the service is paid for on time, otherwise how can we expect the nursery workers to look after our children, provide toys, nappies and food and water to fill their tummies.I choose little moonbeams as it is a great nursery and my son runs in the door every time we go. I also know lots of people who have sent their children from as early as 9 months up to 4 years and had the same great experience as I'm receiving for my son as the moment.

Both my daughters have attended this nursery, one joined the day it opened and we continue to use their after school services. Both girls were very happy during their time there, they were well socialised and ready for school when the time came. I have referred the nursery to many parents (some new to the area) and they have been more than happy with my recommendation.The nursery itself is a nurturing environment with many activities and plenty of play based learning. There are often trips out to local areas/businesses.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Moonbeams

Both my girls attended the nursery, the youngest leaving in the last six months. The girls were very happy there and when our second daughter begun attending the nursery, most of the staff were still there that had looked after our first daughter. The food always seemed lovely and well balanced and we always enjoyed getting the learning journey books home with lots of pics of what our daughters had been doing.Both the girls made secure friendships with others and the staff were encouraging of this.Our girls had a happy time at nursery and we didn't really ever have to raise any issues of concern and in our experience the staff were very dedicated and hard working.We also liked the fact the business was a family run concern and was able to be a bit more bespoke in the way they did things.

Little Moonbeams was recommended to us by friends whose two daughters had recently graduated. Our little girl has been attending since 6 months old, she loves attending the nursery, they have been really supportive over us using more than one childcare setting for her to meet our needs. The staff are really friendly, they all know my daughter's name and chat to her. They demonstrate a caring attitude. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery.

My children both attended Little Moonbeams from a very young age through to starting school. They were always very happy and often didn't want to come home at the end of the day! The staff could not do enough for my children and the nursery was always very accommodating. The resources, outside area and activities and trips were brilliant and my children were always excited to do more. They have also made some good friends and remain so despite attending different schools.In addition to this both my children now attend after school club run by Moonbeams staff and also love this despite having to attend many times each week!Thank you to all the Moonbeams staff past and present. Vicky you have a great team.The best advice I can give any parent is don't just read the reviews, visit the nursery and ask yourself, do the children look happy and well cared for and make your own mind up.
