I am collaborating with Pia for a project that aims to make museums more inclusive and accessible for people with visual impairments. We're working on creating and printing a raised line drawing booklet. The people from Pia have been incredibly professional, kind, caring and responsive. I had misplaced an original paper copy of an important document. I emailed this company for a quote as had an electronic copy. And a local company. They replied an hour later saying its been done for you and we are not going to charge. Collect when your ready. I visited them a couple of days later said I was in shock.
