Anglia Woodburner Centre | Anglia Woodburner Centre are a Norfolk based business, operating since 1985 first as Cosy Stoves then in 2006 I bought Cosy Stoves and started Anglia Woodburner Centre Ltd. Specializing in the supply and installation of woodburning & multi fuel stoves and flue systems. We offer a free quotation service within Norfolk. Our staff are all salaried. We have a two man builder’s team and a two man HETAS TRAINED installation team. We also offer a fully trained sweep service which is undertaken by a new method of sweeping using special rods and attachments run of a battery powered drill. Our customers have the choice of joining our yearly sweep register, taking the hassle out of booking your chimney sweep. Contact us for free impartial advise. Our showroom is open 6 days a week with over 40 stoves on display a mix of modern freestanding & traditional styled stoves, 4 live stoves one of which is a pellet stove. Our stove ranges are either British or Scandinavian.

What a very poor company this is. Told by staff that if we paid for the wood burner that day work would be done by the end of November. Once paid a couple of weeks later the dates given for the work were at the end of January.Insulting offer of compensation for our inconvenience so have gone for a refund.Avoid this company they are disorganised and they lie to you in order to get your money. Disgraceful service and business practices.

Had a coal fire converted to a wood burner. Very neat, professional and made a fantastic job. At no point try to upsell to something we don't need. All questions were answered and all at fair price. Thank you

Called in to your branch to see if you had in stock an ash pan handle for our wood burner.We were greeted by Nigel who tried to find one that matched.Unfortunately we were unable to find one. I had the ash pan with me and Nigel made a handle from a piece of metal he found in the workshop. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

My experience is the same as anyone who has problems after installation, no interest whatsoever of course if there are no problems after installation they get 4 or 5 stars, but if you have problemsThey are not interested I suggest they are to be avoided.
