The Mark Farnham Schools of Tae Kwon-Do

Awesome instructor, great students and a valuable martial art to learn self defence and help keep you fit.

In my experience Master Mark is one of the best instructors you can ever train with. He is full of fun and runs the classes with always a smile on his face. He makes training so much fun, so it never feels a chore even on your bad day. I think that's the key to his success. I am over 40 and had my doubts if I would ever be able to do any form of martial arts as I had no exposure to any in the past. I also have a worn-out disc in my lower back and crocked shoulder and knee to name a few, but I am quite surprised I am now nearly half way to a black belt and really enjoy my classes. Weather its fitness or skill you are after, I would really recommend Tae Kwon Do and without doubt The Mark Farnham Schools.

A real confidence builder for everyone no matter what your background is. It has experienced instructors who care and always try to get the best for their students. For me personally being allowed to come back and train even after a long time off has been one of the best decisions I have made.
