Surrey Hot Tubs

We contacted Surrey hot tubs for a first service and maintenance plan for our secondhand hot tub.Dave has given us great advice and a top quality service with a maintenance plan, ongoing support and advise for all our questions and concerns.I was also looking for a chlorine alternative that’s more natural, skin & child friendly for our hot tub and he’s luckily very knowledgeable in this area, so has set us up with a great solution that is very gentle on the skin.I’m very happy with the service and results and manner in which they run their business, and will continue to use their services.

Dave helped me out quickly with a fault on my older Master Spas Hot Tub (Tripping caused by a faulty heater). He was very communicative and was keen to explain what he was doing and why. He took the time to show me the issue and quicky obtained parts to solve the problem. He also sent pictures via WhatsApp to show and record the issue and work undertaken. He clearly knows what he is doing and has a keen desire to ensure the client is happy and informed at all times - recommended.

Absolutely amazing service from Dave at Surrey Hot Tubs. He diagnosed a fault with my pump very promptly and changed it over for me. Very friendly and professional and much more affordable that others! Will be booking my future services with him. 10/10

Very happy with the complete experience. Our tub was blowing the house fuse and Dave booked us in for a visit and soon found out the issue. The part was ordered whilst on site and in two days Dave and his team were back to fit it. Can not express enough how brilliant a customer service experience in working with Surrey Hot Tub has been. It is rare these days to find such outstanding customer service. Dave and Loz could not have made more effort to ensure that we were happy with their work over two days to clean and recommission our disused Wellis hot tub which is now back to pristine working order. Being total novices and having inherited a hot tub when we moved house we quickly found Dave who promptly responded to our enquiry. An appointment was duly booked and Dave attended, assessed our hot tub, gave us an overview of costs to get it functioning. Pricing was very reasonable and he completed the work quickly and had our Sumatra hot tub up and running in no time. He was readily available to answer our questions. Found him to be polite, reliable and very easy to deal with. We love our hot tub, not something we ever envisaged having but will be using Dave for servicing/repairs/advice from now on. Amazing service from Dave at Surrey Hot tub hire. Came a day early to set up as it was bitterly cold at the time. Always only ever at the end of a text if there were any questions & my deposit transferred back into my account before he’d even left my house on day of collection. What a treat it was to hire a hot tub for a special birthday during lockdown. Can’t rate Dave highly enough. Thank you very much!

Wow where do I start…the excellent communication, onto the first class service and professionalism shown during the hot tub service. All for a very well priced cost….Dave is incredibly professional and his knowledge is outstanding. The full report of works carried is very informative and laid out including clips and images.We will be using Dave for all future services or repairs. Dave and Loz came over to diagnose the issue with the tub they tried everything on the first visit without luck. They went back to the manufacturer for us and ordered the part they thought was needed and came back and fitted the part. The hot tub is back up and working fine. They were always on time always honest and always very fair with what they charged. Dave is always on the phone to answer questions. I would Recommend using them 100% great service and great value.
