Do you even provide ear syringing? Have been bounced around for weeks! Much easier to not advertise the service if you don’t actually offer it.“The ear specialist will be here tomorrow”“Try again next week”I even called at 8.58 one morning and they told me it had already been booked out! I was likely the first customer to call that morning.

The pharmacy doesn’t do any prescription even though on the Boots website it says it does. So I went to get my medication and without the decency to at least checking the availability, I was told to get to the store in Bullring only turned out to not have the medication either. I was then told to go to the one on the High Street that turned out to be out of stock as well. They can’t even guarantee they can order the medication for me so I would have to try my luck and leave my prescription with them until they call me back to tell me it’s not available. No thanks.

Worst experience ever, thought picking up a small prescription would be done in seconds, been waiting over 40 minutes. DO NOT COME HEREIT’ll SAVE YOU SO MUCH TIME. Your local pharmacist is way faster than this.Didn’t have enough stock, have to come back here AGAIN.People on the phone talking, when they could be getting prescriptions

Polite and professional staff, they dealt with a difficult customer very appropriately whilst we were waiting for our prescription, so thank you to the staff for teaching our children how to deal with situations with adult manners.

Nice little boots store, I used the pharmacy without any problem... only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is on one occasion I heard someone working in the pharmacy joking saying I looked like I was there for methadone (stuff for heroin addicts) when I was picking up my anti-depressants, I really wasn't impressed and haven't been back since, shops have issues if customers are abusive or offensive to staff but if it's the other way round then that's apparently ok! What ever happened to good customer service!

There are certain purchases they won't accept you to return, make sure you ask before you part with your cash what the returns policy is on the item(s) you'repurchasing. I'll say no more.

A much smaller store than the main one on Birmingham high street. It is great for essentials and has a pharmacy at the rear.I ordered online for in-store pickup and the staff seemed rather surprised that anyone had done this. But I will do so again.

Small shop with less variety of products.The customer service needs improve. So a many questions from the cashier about the medicine, it makes you feel awkward.No really helpful to scan as well the boots card by their boots app.

Went here to pick up some photos that i had printed online had to wait a while for a meember of staff to serve me but apart from that everything was great
