Machine doesn’t give change and there is no signage indicating this. Also while I was here a homeless man came in an urinated into one of the machines.

Avoid if you can. Guess they're only still in business because there's no competition. Really expensive. Machines often out of order. If machine breaks down with your washing in it they offer to come at closing time to see if it 'really isn't working'. Also place itself is really unclean.

100% terrible. Filthy and the place is not looked after. Machines are always broken. Very expensive! You can never find any staff to help. Coin machine eats money. Please someone open a decent laundrette in the area.

Sister laundrette of the other awful one on Lupus street up the road. Smaller, but the same lack of love put in. How can they pay the rent with half the machines broken? Authentic 1960's ghetto chic.

This guy cheats. Machines often doesn't work. When you call the owner will come and return the money on Sunday noon. But he will not show up thus wasting your time in addition to your money.

There's only 2 small machines and 3 big machines working. Always clean! dryers are reasonably hot. Could be hotter!

Most machines aren't working which is not very helpful. The place is incredibly dirty and always unattended. Often shelter for homeless to stay warm - which is lovely but not ideal for a laundrette.It would be very convenient for me to go there but I'd rather go to another laundrette near Victoria Coach Station which is well looked after and spotless.

Totally rubbish but unfortunately the only place around. At least half of the machines are permanently broken, the place itself is ramshackle, no one attends to it and no one answers the phone number that's on the wall in case you need help. If the machine swallows your money there's no one to refund you because they don't answer the phone and if they do they come several days later when they're counting the money from the machines, not at the time of your problem. Drivers are useless. The only benefit is the early opening hours so you can get there before the limited amount of working machines are all in use.
