Heartless and immoral - avoid at all costs!A little while after placing an order and paying our deposit, my partner was sadly diagnosed with terminal cancer. I rang the company to explain and asked if, in the circumstances, they would kindly cancel my order and refund our deposit.Quite unbelievably, they REFUSED!!!This created extra stress and upset we could do without……Please avoid this heartless setup and place your business with one of the many other lovely bathroom/tile companies who actually have some heart and compassion.

I bought some tiles recently to redo my bathroom, I was greeted by lovely staff especially Jason who was polite and helped me fit all the tiles into my car and I was ready to go 5 minutes after purchase. They have a lovely show room and I would definitely use them again in future. Brilliant service

Richard was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We went many times for advice, bought samples to bring home. He was always on hand with a smile and carried pieces over to us to compare. Great to see so many displays.

Great selection of tiles! I had a really friendly, knowledgable lad named Ian talk me through everything I needed to know. Answered all my questions (and there were a lot!!) efficiently. Helped me pack my car up with everything. Thanks so much, will definitely be back next time.

I asked for sandstone or limestone tiles for a solid interior floor of a Victorian mansion. I need the tiles to be “breathable” as there is no dpc. Both the man behind the counter and the assistant looked at me as though I was speaking another language, they had no idea what I was talking the about. The assistant even suggested that I had been sold a lie by someone else, that there was no such thing as period properties needing to “breathe”. Pig ignorant is the only way to describe these people- let them near your property and they will cost you 1000’s in the long run with their lack of knowledge. These are the types of people who come into your home with cement and cause damp problems- go elsewhere.

I purchased some tiles from them today and as usual the staff couldn't be more helpful. As soon as I walked through the door they all smiled and were quick to help with our choice of tiles. Within minutes we'd made our purchase and they soon had them loaded up. I always go there and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.

I found tilemaze online searching for a particular type of tile. Despite being absolutely miles away from where I live I called them and they were so helpful, sending me some additional pics and even packing up a single box that I purchased so that I could try them before making a large order. Despite the distance, delivery was swift and the delivery people cheerfully loaded all 50+ boxes into my house. The tiles have gone down beautifully in a herringbone pattern and the tilers have declared the tiles to be ‘a dream to work with!’ All round very pleased with the quality and service from Tilemaze and a special mention to Ian Hatton who definitely went above and beyond for me.

Wow, wow, wow! So many beautiful tiles I found exactly what I was looking for within moments of walking in but couldn’t resist having a look at everything whilst I was there and there was such a good selection.Richard the sales assistant was super helpful and friendly. The tiles are mainly Italian and the quality is lovely I’m really pleased with my purchase and will definitely be returning for my next project.

Just tried to take some tiles back one full box + one full box minus two tiles! They refused to take back… supposed to be 20% of order. No refund!!! No good will for the returned full boxes this is not mentioned in Conditions on receipt. Said refund had to be on five full boxes! 20% was 7 tiles. The full box contained 9 in a boxWe were happy to give them the extra 2 tiles that made up the full box ‘ our good will.’ 1.8 meters required we made itup to 2 metres for cuts. Got 4 metres……!!!!Be careful …… tried to give 1/2 Star but couldn’t.

These guys!... I went in to find bathroom tiles, and I didn't expect the level of help and service we received. Very pleasant experience. We ordered 3 styles of tiles, and one choice was more bespoke than the other 2. They were ordered and arrived in good time. These amazing guys are keeping my tiles for me until i am able to collect (very soon) and even advised on matching trims and grout. Very patient of my 3 children who decided they were all helping and who I'm pretty sure looked like a whirlwind of issues and emotion by the time we left. Superb! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.
