First charger didn't work and cable connected to car wouldn't release until emergency stop button was pushed. Second charger tried worked ok.

Left car to charge at AC plug for 80 min, which is not even got full charge for that yime, CPS charged me £10 for exceeding 70 min max staying time at the car park plus used kWh. Contacted CPS and told that they are not in control over those parking charges.My point is what's the purpose of installation of 3kwh plug?

6! Rapid chargers (CHAdeMO, CCS & Type2) plus at least 4 type 2 charge stations as well. Loads of taxis using it so must be robust.

This is my go to charging hub when visiting Dundee. Given 4 stars instead of 5 as recently a couple of the rapid chargers has been faulty. Charge prices are comparable to home charging. This hub was one of the first established, as Dundee seemed to be well ahead of other cities in getting EV charging up and running.

Fab charging station with loads of chargers. All quite fast and never had to wait. Aldi across the road for a quick shop while you charge.

I am a visitor to Dundee and needed a full charge to get me home. I put my car onto 50kw charge. The Kw output I got was 25kw and it took 2.5 hrs to charge my car. I got charged an extra £20 (on top of the kw charge rate)for over staying the 70 minutes time allowed.I didn’t notice any signs to inform me of the charge (if there is such a sign?)This is daylight robbery!!Private companies are taking advantage and as much money as possible of people with electric carsI think it’s time that the Scottish government stood up to these companies!!!!

Great place to charge. There's plenty of shops around to explore and lots of chargers to choose from. At times, it is full by taxis, so could use a few more chargers, but the Dundee City Council have used up all the space in there.

Separate space for EV charging, working chargers with fair time limits, reasonable tariffs. Only thing it is lacking is a bin or two
