CTD Tiles Watford

A great selection of tiles, you can see a large board tiled with each design and the matching floor tiles are in pull-out drawers. Most ranges had plain tiles and 'feature' tiles to match. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They will help you choose the right trim and grout to complement your tiles. You can see an image on a screen of what a room tiled in your tiles would look like. There is ample parking and a customer toilet. You can return boxes hassle free if you over-ordered.

Popped into CTD Tiles today. Friendly, excellent service. Needed to match some flooring and Billy immediately directed me to the perfect matching wall tile. Thank you.

Billy's the man to ask for if you want good service and sound advice!!!!.Our first visit to the Watford branch, which was on a Sunday, and it was massively unimpressive: it was obvious that the two staff member were totally disinterested in help us, their customers.There whole attitude was: 'we can't be bothered'. Fortunately, because we happened to be passing by, we went there on a Wed. late afternoon & WOW....what a difference! We were given great help, advice & knowledgeable info by a member of staff called |Billy. He was brilliant and even, very kindly, helped us load the car. We spent a large amount of money (& will return to the shop for on going projects), which we wouldn't have done if our first experience of the Watford branch had been out only one. Billy's the man to ask for if you want good service and sound advice.

A couple of weeks ago i came into this store with my wife looking to buy tiles for our main bathroom and kitchen and We Was very suprised with the large selection of tiles On offer We Was very impressed with all the staff that served us.The first time Which i beleive it was michael we Was really impressed with his strong work ethic and professional attitude he made us feel very valued and confident in buying.He is a real asset to your company.Within two days. Of ordering we Had a telephone call from Tile depot to say our tiles Was in And ready to collect.My wife came to collect and Was served by Russell.as we asked to pass On our thanks to michael russell Was also professional and courteous he said. to give them a call if we had any questions or queries.I Can not comprehend why this shop has negative reviews based in What my wife and i have seen were have recommended this shop to our friends and family and will continue to Do so .Our tiles Look amazing by the wayvery happy thank you.

Plenty of parking but a little disappointed as they didn't carry a lot of stock for store size. It's better then top tiles but there are better independent stores. Hope it changes.

I can't believe the two anti reviews for Tile Depot at Bushey. I have purchased tiles and wood flooring at this shop on 3 or 4 previous occasions and am about to spend some £500 there. I have never been dealt with in any way other in a courteous, friendly and competence manner. I have recommended friends and relatives and they have been treated in in a similar manner.
