I was provided with an excellent service. Whilst my vehicle was being worked on I was given regular updates of what was required.I took my vehicle at short notice and Brian accommodated me and worked over to ensure the problem was sorted out.Fast and reliable and I really couldn’t thank him moreI would definitely recommend this garage and will be going back should my vehicle require anything further. Exceeded all expectations! The original assessment and quote considered all factors including replacement parts needed, labor, etc. I was informed that it would take up to 3 days for the repair to be completed. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. I was provided with a courtesy car which was in fantastic condition. Another quick assessment was taken, and I was informed the repair should be completed in 1 day! Later that afternoon, I was informed that the repair was completed. When I came to pick up my car the next morning, it was repaired and shiny clean! Furthermore, the repair costed a mere fraction of the price that I was quoted because they were able to salvage the existing parts that did not need to be replaced upon further inspection. I am so appreciative for the speedy, efficient, and cost effective work. I highly recommend them for auto body repairs!

This review is super late, I've been meaning to add it for nearly a year so I apologise. I had a bump in my car and my insurance passed me over to this company. The girls on reception were so helpful and friendly. I had to have my car back for an interview and everyone there did everything they could to get the repairs done before my interview. I got thr car back,had the interview and got the job. Thanks again to everyone there

After a recent accident, I took my car to A&B for repairs. My car being an Infinity, parts were not readily available, so the time-frame for repairs was out of their control. However, throughout they kept me well appraised on the parts and repair process, offered their courtesy car if it was needed, and did an amazing job - the car looks brand new. It's an unusual colour but everything looks fantastic. They are kind, courteous and excellent at what they do, so I would absolutely recommend them for any type of vehicle repair or maintenance works you may need.

Excellent service and superb repair. Very helpful, friendly staff with the work on my car completed extremely quickly and to a fantastic standard. The staff were informative and knowledgeable regarding dealing with my insurer and my car was returned to me clean and tidy inside and out. I recently had repair work completed by A&B as the approved Lexus repair shop in Leeds.The damage was both bodywork but also needed technical work to ensure the electronics situated in the bumper which also needed replacing were all functioning correctly.The professionalism of the team, all the way from Brian as the manager, the reception team, and the repairers, was exceptionally good. I would also call out the technician who spoke to me about my repair, bursting with enthusiasm he gave me huge confidence that my repair was in very good hands. The resulting work carried out showed that my expectation was well founded. The work carried out was to an excellent standard.Throughout my dealings with the A&B team their friendliness, advice and guidance when I needed it, communication, and again their professionalism, was spot on.I have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star rating and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing similar repair works.J Conway
