Staff pleasant and helpful. Limited stock. I normally use Lee Mill Woollens, which carry a lot more stock but this store was closed. I had to use a gift voucher which I did in the Plymouth shop

Visited today and had superb customer service from Sue and Liz. They folded and packed our purchases beautifully and were able to give advice on how to order a coat via the online shop. Highly recommend this shop.
