YOGA ALMA (Farnham Royal/Windsor)

Angie’s yoga class was well presented, easy to follow and flowed very well. I’m a beginner and was worried I wouldn’t be able to do some of the movements but Angie’s class accommodates for all levels so I was able to do it! Will definitely go again

I really enjoy Angela's yoga class. It is the ideal way to enjoy some 'me' time after a days work. The beginners yoga class is especially enjoyable as I always feel like I learn something new. 100% recommend for yoga beginners and those with a bit more experience.

i have been practicing yoga with angela at yoga alma for 4 months now and i would recommend her classes to anybody!what i have learnt during the classes have greatly helped me in my life.i use the breathing/meditation techniques daily to calm my mind and due to sitting at a desk for long periods of time, the stretching exercises and postures reduce the stiffness in my body. angela’s yoga classes honestly leave me feeling so relaxed, peaceful and with an overall feeling of wellness.angela is wonderfully professional and makes me feel very comfortable.so, five out of five stars from me!

I have attended a number of yoga practises with Angela which I have always enjoyed. I find the classes are varied, her instruction very clear, and Angela is a lovely yoga tutor.

Angela is an outstanding yoga instructor and lover. She uses her knowledge from previous teaching in South America to bring something truly special and unique to the U.K. I found her classes to be friendly and fun, guiding yogees through classes effortlessly!
