It was extremely busy which I understand but the service was poor and the prices are awful. I waited in the queue for 20 minutes just to buy a road tie for my lunch and i paid £4 to wait a total of half an hour. There were 3 people working a lunchtime rush on a Saturday and the staff were rude and unprepared entirely. I am extremely disappointed!

The two ladies,serving were very pleasant and friendly.I visited on Monday 17/7/23-17.00hrs.with my two daughter-in -laws and grandson.We will be back again soon.

The staff at the Upminster branch are so welcoming, friendly, efficient and super fast - such a nice atmosphere. It’s always clean and items cleared quickly from tables. They work extremely hard. Thanks to Arizona, Flori, Valentina and Irina.
