Great service from Alan. He collected our two large area rugs in the morning and had them back with us by close of business on the same day, looking and smelling great!

Alan went above and beyond - I cannot recommend Aqualink enough!My boiler pipe exploded, reducing my bathroom to a wading pool, with my carpets completely soaked and covered in filthy water. Alan was here within a couple of hours of calling Aqualink, patiently working around the engineer who was also installing a new boiler.He completely dried out the carpet, even leaving his industrial fan with me over the weekend and then persevered to remove any staining.Lastly, but very importantly and not to be overlooked - I was home alone at the time and unlike the creepy engineer, Alan was friendly and respectful and never made me feel unsafe.

Alan fitted me in at short notice and to my own tight timetable. He did a great job very quickly with the stair carpet, getting black marks & grease spots out and using a system that left the carpet almost dry at the end of the work. Very reasonable price & excellent value for money. I've used Alan's services before, for both fitted carpets & rugs and highly recommend him.

Deep clean of 2 sofas post building workI thought our sofas were ruined after being covered in building dust and debris but Alan was confident he could salvage them. He spent a good 1.5 hours hoovering the worst of the dust off before using his special cleaning system. The sofas look as good as new (you can now see the pattern again) and we also took the added option of stain protection so they will stay that way. I would definitely recommend Alan for any cleaning needs.

Brilliant service on our tired old cream wool carpet. The operator removed all the dirty patches between our rugs and a yellow stain that had bled out of an old rug despite his suggestion it may not be removable due to the chemical bonding. Also very interesting that the areas we thought were dirty were partly caused by us wearing dark socks, again the bonded dark fibers were all removed. End result is an almost new looking carpet that doesn't need rugs to cover it up anymore, and all for a really good price. Really impressed and would definitely use again.

Alan cleaned four oriental rugs that had become infested with moths. Professional and competent service from start to finish. Not only did he get rid of the moths, the carpets themselves have never been cleaner--I am seeing colours in the weave that I didn't even notice when I bought them! Thanks Alan, I will be using your services again.
