Today I visited the beauty box for facial and bikini wax the appointments were 3 quarters of an hour apart . I was late do to the time being wrong on my watch . I was early for the first appointment and I paid when asked in full for both treatments . I know they take the deposit if you do not turn up .I expressed I had paid in full no refund for paying in full I should have a least got the money back for my wax minus the deposit not a happy customer.

I've had my eyebrows, top and bottom eyeliner and my lips done by Kim @ Beauty Box and they look amazing! Kim really knows what she is doing, she is very calm and makes you feel relaxed. I didn't feel a thing having them done and her aftercare knowledge is second to none. I would highly recommend her and the salon to anyone looking into semi permanent make up!
