I contacted Talbots to enquire about a repair to my chair. I received a response within the hour and range of quotes and suggestions on how to repair. They came out today to repair the chair. Very professional, quick and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

I researched quite a few re upholstery companies prior to selecting Talbots ,my choice was based on years of experience and recommendations . I have not been disappointed. Paddy and team have been amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and my 2 very tired looking fireside chairs now look absolutely stunning .... I can't thank them enough.

I asked for my sofa cushions to be plumped up .. they were filled with a layer of foam and wrapped in wadding to create a really soft look and feeling to match the back cushions. What talbots have done is fill the cushions with a thick hard dense foam making them stand 4 cm away from the front of the sofa and making the cushions so hard that they don’t sit side by side anymore but rather buckle into a banana shape .. they charged me £400 for four cushions and ruined my sofas .. and to top it off I have been screamed at down the phone this morning Infront if the workmen at my house .. he then put the phone down .. what a nice man

Got 2 replacement for my sofa seat cushion from them. The service is great. Received my product the very next day. Only wished they would have considered the price a little.

We've had two large sofas recovered, and the result is brilliant. Very friendly and efficient service, and the quality of the work is excellent. Have used Talbots a few times in the past for smaller jobs, and will definitely be using them again in the future. Would highly recommend.

We have just received our new sofa delivery!Can't believe it's the same sofa- what a transformation!I'm absolutely delighted with our new sofa set. The matching coffee table really compliments the plain fabric design.Great craftsmanship, highly recommend them. Excellent service, they even mended our dinning chair free of charge! Thank you, Would definitely use them again.
