Fantastic work, had my component problems diagnosed within an hour, and after ordering a new part, my computer was back up and running just as it was before within an hour or receiving the part.Darren was great to work with and best of all was a genuine person! Called Darren due to getting scammed online, my computer was hacked, Darren came out and reset my computer back to brand new and saved all my data and logged me back into all my accounts, computer is now working perfect and I am happy to recommend Darren, he is second to none, proper job

My laptop had long needed a look over and was running real slow. I found Darren via a google search and immediately could see he was highly rated with excellent praise on service, far above everyone else. After messaging him, I received I reply almost instantly and a call was arranged shortly after. We went over all options available to me, even were it wouldn't benefit him at all.He tells it as it is, and really cares for what is best for you, which many repair shops especially the big business don't. A date was arranged, suitable for me to have it looked over. After handing it over, I was kept updated and it was repaired extremely quickly, much sooner than I expected, and the issues I was having were resolved to a more than satisfactory level. He also went out of his way to help me, so cannot say thanks enough.Darren is a decent guy, great to chat with and, a top technician. Also gives you the technical knowledge and a thorough explanation of what will be done. Brilliant service, great price. Darren went out of his way to sort out some software on my daughters laptop, squeezing me in to his tight schedule. From the first phone call to seeing me on a Saturday at 2 days notice I felt confident that he would do a good job. Contacted Darren on Sunday and explained my laptop had the Blue screen of death nothing worked, was considering having to purchase a new laptop. Darren rang and said bring it round on Monday which I did he rang Tuesday morning all done.He also fitted a new ssd hard drive which has made my laptop super fast, reinstalled windows and, he cleaned up my laptop completely.
