I am very satisfied with Dr Korallo’s service.We met during a very difficult period of my life and Dr Korallo helped me to overcome it. She knows how and what technics to use for each patient to help one. She has very pragmatic and organised approach . She speaks Russian and English which makes working with her flexible. I write this review to help others who are struggling. I know what it like trying to find a therapist that has the expertise to help when you desperately need support. After years of struggling Lillya has helped me to face very painful personal issues that were there for years. It is apparent that she has many years of expert experience in this field. She has given me the tools to cope and move forward in acceptance. I would highly recommend her DBT techniques.

Dr Korallo's approach is always compassionate and highly knowledgeable. Clients can rest assured they will receive quality treatment to ensure the best possible outcomes. She is efficient at all times whilst maintaining professional standards. This can be seen clearly in her treatments and reports. She speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian which sets her apart and offers greater flexibility in who can benefit from all that City Psychological Services can offer. Liliya is great at what she does and I would recommend her if you feel you are suffering from trauma/BPD. Ensure you have a decent support system in place before starting DBT, the process is very challenging and tough to cope with at times.
