Staff were friendly but waiting times took a while. I went in for your regular eye check up. I have perfect vision and a great pair of UV protected Ralph Lauren sunglasses , but the optician assumed that mine were cheap £20 tx maxx sunglasses. (Wasn't impressed) then tried selling me their sunglasses because they were better""

Probably the friendliest place I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. I went in last year for an eye exam and have been back 3-4 times since to get glasses and have adjustments.Every single member of staff I have interacted with has treated me with respect, more than that, they've treated me as if I am a valued customer. This kind of treatment is uncommon and completely unexpected, I walk in and everyone is so nice it's unbelievable, yet it's genuine.I've have grown very cynical of customer service over the years but the staff here give me a reason to believe. Yes, I've being hyperbolic but just going into this branch puts me in a good mood.I can't praise this place enough, if you're after eye care, do yourself a favour - go here.

Tried to over sell, by telling me that they could only replace both lenses, not just one. Utter rubbish .con merchants on a big scale.

Eye test great. Pushy salesman and talks to you like your a pleb. I'll not go back to that shop.

Super helpful and friendly staff, especially Renatta. Had a great eye test at the Specsavers in town but they weren’t particularly helpful choosing frames so tried my chances here and glad I did. 100% recommend

Sent me away. Wouldn't even spare 60 seconds of time to remove something from my eye which had been hurting me all day - would have been the quickest and easiest thing in the world to do, but no. After having to drive nearly 200 miles in this condition I held out slim hope that I'd meet someone in Specsavers with some humanity who would fit me in and prevent the rest of my day being ruined also, but of course this is the UK and I only found jobsworth robots.

Friendly staff. As its a care setting masks we're worn. Due to covid each pair of glasses is decontaminated if you touch it. so you are given a basket to try glasses on. The choice of glasses seemed a little limited but it is quite a small store. the clear advantage is the Parking compared to the store in Luton Town centre. Usman the optician was very efficient. overall a good experience.

From the initial sign in process to help with choosing frames, all 3 members of staff we dealt with were professional and helpful. Great service. Highly recommended.
