Dean came to add some safety equipment to my mums today. Mum said he was excellent. Able to make some adaptions to mums home to make it more safe.He observed mum going up the stairs and added a suitable grab handle at the top.Mum is very happy with the adaptions and said what nice man he was.Can't thank him enough.

Months ago.delivered an itrm to me 'white goods' i was unwell. Not polite at all Young guy was ok but clearly being 'trained' by older one who was full of (bad) attitude and comments. I was grateful of course but..

Waited 8 weeks for a visit to quote for work after sent wrong person and cancelled 3 appointments. Had visit and been waiting a month for the quote but the guy who does it calls in sick every week so just waiting.Small jobs guy Gary is the diamond in the rough and does a cracking job, don't want to drag him down with the rest
