I used Calcot Cars for the first time today. The service is outstanding. Very efficient and you get a personal service and attention that you do not get at the main Mercedes dealer. I can thoroughly recommend Calcot Cars and will be using them going forward. 5 stars.

You have to trust the people you put your car with, if your car is outside 3 years then independent garages are not only worth it but will give you a better service and take care of your car properly.Calcot is a shining example

Used these guys today for the first time, absolutely amazing service!.called on the off chance to get an air con pressure sensor fitted ASAP as I had a funeral to attend. Within 3 hours the car was fixed from the 1st call!now that is what I call service. Gemma and the team were brilliant and I think this is the only Mercedes garage i will be taking my c63 to. Also provided me with a courtesy car which was much appreciated. Thanks guys.

My sister needed her husband's Mercedes repaired at really short notice the other day and Ian and his team were so helpful. Quick diagnosis of the problem and excellent service and advice. Furthermore, my daughter's car was also in for repair and a service, and again we were so well looked after. An excellent company, who puts the customer at the centre of their business and they give honest advice and do their very best to look after you when it comes to reducing expensive car repairs where ever possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I used Calcot cars to fit both front coil springs and replace the batteryGemma, Ian and Alex at Calcot were very helpful in resolving my issue. They picked up my car, got the work done and dropped it back in my driveway within a day. I have a beautiful CLK 55 AMG that I love and was very grateful at the prompt and very friendly service I received from the team at Calcot. No doubt they will be the only ones working on my Mercedes going forward.I had previously been to both the other Mercedes specialists in Reading including the Mercedes Benz dealership prior and was disappointed with the service. I have found Calcot Cars to be an excellent choice for my C Class. I learned they use all Mercedes equipment, Mercedes parts, and update Mercedes' digital service record so you have all the service history in one place. I've found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable, giving good advice without trying to take advantage as some places do, in other words very trustworthy.Highly recommended.

Greetings. Calcot garage is amazing both the technicians and front desk. Due to the age of my car I am now a frequent customer. Nothing is too much and they are so customer focused. Suggestion….Give them a try … Like myself you will never go elsewhere again !!!
