Plus he knows how to clean carpets from his 30 years’ worth of experience. He uses a range of smells via state of the art cleaning equipment and we have no hesitation in recommending him. His quotes are 100% accurate too.

Steve is a very nice chap. Arrived punctually, clean and tidy work, and he did an excellent job on our grubby carpets for a decent price. Five stars!

Steve came to our home to clean our sofas and sofa cushions. He responded promptly and was able to fit me in at short notice. He arrived on time, was friendly and polite and has done an absolutely fantastic job. He also kindly fitted in a carpet clean for me even though it wasn’t booked. Steve is great - he explained the service and the expectations perfectly and is really modest about what can be achieved (prior to undertaking the job he identified one small mark out of literally hundreds of different small marks, and said it wouldn't shift... and he was right - our carpets look new other than that one small mark) we are absolutely delighted with the change in our carpets, which is really noticeable. Our new house house originally had a mild dog smell and now it smells totally clean - mildly of our chosen scent (cherry!) but it is not at all overpowering. We will absolutely use Steve again once we've had the opportunity to mess up the carpets, and have already recommended to my mum.
