Grapple Zone Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and GZ Clinic

Dropped past here while travelling overseas from Australia. The atmosphere was awesome and everybody was extremely friendly and welcoming. They were more than happy to lend out a gi and belt for me and the coach Courtney was more than happy to roll with someone just dropping past where other coaches might not have. Will definitely visit if I'm ever in London again.

My daughter has been attending sessions here and she absolutely loves it!The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging, and they are great with kids of all ages and skill levels. Incredible club in Central / Oval area. Right opposite the tube station so very convenient. The instructor Courtney was very helpful and friendly, made me feel very welcome. Very solid place for Gi, No Gi and self defence.

Walked in today while on vacation. They had a gi for me which was awesome. and we covered a really neat technique from the knee shield to single leg x to a sweep. Highly recommend training here. Had some good rolls and great conversations.

Really amazing class! The staff were very friendly and helpful with any enquiry I had. They were patient in explaining the moves and techniques for a beginner like me. The studio itself is very well kept and clean which makes it a pleasant place to train in. I will definitely come back!

Been attending grapplezone for a few months now. The quality of instruction has been great. The coaches always have time to answer your questions and break things down for you after class (as long as there isn’t another class right after.)The facilities and schedule have improved over the past two months with better mats changing rooms and showers being installed. Highly recommend coming on a Monday where you can do a Muay Thai class followed directly by a Jiujitsu class.

Love this gym. Team and students are super friendly and the coaching is very high level. Highly recommended.
