Had a lovely day out on this accessible boat. Highly recommend.

While its probably a really good experience for older people, and the disabled. New horizon needs to have a thought for the moored boats it passes on a regular basis, everytime you pass by the boats are pulled back and forth. So please can I ask if you would slow down to tickover when passing moored boats. Thank you in advance.

Visited the Santa experience on Saturday with my grandchildren. It was absolutely brilliant. Everyone was so lovely and good with the children. Santa was amazing, I think the best I’ve seen to be honest. The individual time slot meant we didn’t feel rushed at all. The kids lovely the games stalls and the hand knitted stockings from Santa were just gorgeous. Will definitely be booking for next year.

Lovely canal boat ride over Easter Weekend. Adults and children had a wonderful time. Fully recommend! ❤️
