We called into Morrisons on the outskirts of Weston-super-mare for lunch and to fill up with fuel on our way down to south Devon on holiday. They have one electronic board to order your food and there is queue on both visits. The tea and coffee orders are out through to a assistant that make it up fresh but again its a queue, where as most other Morrisons have a machine that you press the buton and out the drink pops, which in my opinion is equally as good and little wait. The only additional plus is that it's next to a Matalan to buy a few holiday bits and pieces. We called in again on our way up from Devon and it has the same problems and delays. It is unlike we will call in again when we holiday in the SW.

Had 2 teas all individual teapots, milk larger shared jug.Self service sugar or sweetener .staff are lovely friendly, hard working, efficient.The special coffees like black forest Christmas and Valentines are amazing.Thèy had a good selection of cakes snacks didnt have on this occassion.

As far as cafes go, this isn't the best I've visited.The food took a while to get to us and it wasn't that hot either.I can't recommend visiting the cafe, but its a good enough stop after you shop for a coffee and a chill.

Poor service no management. If a single meal is going to take 1 hour 10 minutes, put a damn sign up and let people know. You all looked so surprised when had a queue of annoyed people looking for refunds? And when you say you have run out of baked beans, in a supermarket.... with hundreds of cans on the shelf.... may I suggest you go gets some?

Stopped for a quick cup of tea and a cake before shopping and realised that the afternoon tea for two £12.99 was by far the best option. Having just come back from holiday in Devon where we paid double, Morrisons offering was better quality. Really delicious, lovey, interesting sandwiches and cakes. If you can forgive the ambience of a supermarket cafe, this is a winner.

Been here a few times now, the staff try to put you off by gives ridiculous time delays on food. Bird poo all over the place and no cleared tables or cutlery.

If you order the all day breakfast it takes all day to get it.I was waiting patiently for my coffee when a flustered looking yooth emerged from the kitchen to tell the harassed looking woman at the coffee counter that they'd run out of eggs. They had a 5 minute discussion before I pointed out that there were eggs in the supermarket. This is probably too confusing to have registered. 40 minutes later and I've finished my coffee but there's no sign of my breakfast.I recommend going elsewhere

Second time been here and the service is poor if you can fine someone on the till to take your order,the food is served cold the staff look ruff in need of a wash,hair out of place.l travel up and down the country often using Morrisons cafe and this by far is the worst. In need of a new manager and proper training. No wonder the are few customers. Never again will l use this Morrisons cafe and I. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE...

The food was terrible. Bacon was like cardboard ham. The poached egg was just a hard boiled egg, no runny yolk whatsoever. Mushrooms were watery and the fried toast was underdone and disgusting. I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but I was sat on the Morrisons toilets for 20 minutes after this. Absolutely awful, just get a meal deal. 2 stars for the lovely lobby staff.

Waited near 10 mins to be served. Food took exactly a hour to come out (for a breakfast) staff were rude tables weren't cleared yet alone wiped down. Won't vista again
