From the moment of my Father's passing to the end of the committal 3 weeks later David and his team at John Lucas were very professional and dignified. He puts your scrambled mind at ease and will go through each process with you. It was the 6th time my family has chosen John Lucas but sadly speaking wont be the last. Totally professional service from start to finish. David is such a genuine and friendly man & helped to make the most difficult of times bearable whilst offering genuine support and assistance. Really empathised with our family and nothing was too much trouble and respected our wishes.All the small details really do make the biggest of differences, on the day of our dad’s funeral everything was beyond what we could have wished for, even pushing a wheelchair for our elderly nan. John Lucas is a family business that really cares about your circumstances giving a personal touch. Would recommend to anyone considering them and really can’t thank David enough. Thank you!!
