Outstanding customer service, I called on a Saturday afternoon for some advice on the unit I purchased at the end of last year so wasn't even in guarantee still, I left a message and Alex called me back within 10 minutes and took the time to talk me through the whole process to fix the fault which took about 15 minutes. Turned up to pick up my machine was greeted very well and shown how to turn the machine on the use of the keys and to turn volume up also a bonus has a beer fridge I love it and a great surprise for all the lads thanks all for this will buy something else at a later date

I bought a deal or no deal machine for my mum with Dementia, the guy who delivered it was fantastic.. Sadly she did not like it so, I emailed them, within a couple of days they had delivered one that she loves and took the old one away.The service has been fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone... My mum is 84 and like so many others can't go out.. This machine is her life line.Thank you so much Aztec

Just bought a fruit machine as part of a fun family room/man cave. Found it via their eBay shop. Communication was excellent from the start and continued right through to the hassle free delivery. Super friendly delivery driver finished off an excellent experience overall. Machine came with full instructions and setup guide, aftercare support number given too. Excellent customer service isn’t always the easiest thing to find these days!! But Aztec Coin Equipment Ltd have certainly proved it is very important to them, great work. Thanks

Purchased a fruit machine. Came next day. Excellent condition. Great instructions. Was hesitant about buying from ebay, but was a good experience with this company. Good communication from them. To finish it off, the courier driver was very pleasant & even put it in garage. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. Am so glad I found these guys. Talked me through the pros of different machines. Decided on the Dark Knight. Was delivered the next day by a very chipper chap. Excellent condition. Great price and great after care.Even had a slight issue with the hopper when I out a slightly mis-shapen coin in. Called and was excellently talked through how to sort it. It was sorted within 10 mins and back up and running.Highly, highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a fruit machine. Excellent, excellent, excellent all round.
