I cannot thank the team enough for all the help they did by installing a stairlift for my disabled dad. Russ was my first point of contact and he had been an absolute pleasure to discuss and decide the options with. He was very kind and considerate of my dad's needs and gave me the best choice available.The stairlift was installed within a day and we are very happy with the result. Cant speak highly enough about these guys and the service that they provide. My mams 87 and had a stair lift for 14 years, using ocassionally but as shes gotten older obviously the use has increased. Few hick ups over the years and repairs but nothing major until it finally gave up the ghost one Saturday night. Mum thought she could manage until we could get fixed the next week, but unfortunately this meant going up stairs on her hands and knees which obviously increased the urgency to get fixed. Loads of investigations over the weekend and calls to find that this lift was obsolete i needed to look to get replaced as fast as possible, thats where Leodis came in.A quick call in to the Leeds office at 11.30am on a Monday morning, a full discussion with the very knowledgeable gentleman on the phone and we agreed a pri ce for what was required and arranged a site visit and survey for an hour later.....yes 1 hour !!! . I just managed to beat him to my mams to walk through the details again, COVID secure, face masks, gloves, and social distancing, absolutely no pressure and confirmation that they could supply if required. We were happy with the offer and presentation and after explaining my mams health issues they promised to sort asap, a phone call to the local office by the surveyor arranged a full install for 9am the next day, they arranged the stairlift delivery from Leeds and the fitter was there at 9am. Work that was normally done at the factory was completed on site so that they could resolve faster for my mam.3 hours later, old lift was removed and taken away, new stairlift fitted and fully demonstrated to my mam and peace of mind for 24 hour coverage for the next 3 years, which is exactly what anyone would want for their loved ones. We've had calls to make sure that we are still happy, you dont pay anything until install is complete and they fit a quality product at a fixed agreed price. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs a stairlift and doesnt want to pay the rip of prices of some of the companies out there BUT get what i would consider to be service of the highest standard.Thank you to all the staff at Leodis youve made my life easier and i dont even use the lift!!! and my mam now feels secure to remain in her house.

First class service from start to finish. Engineer very polite and kept work tidy .surprised how quick installation took 4 hrs.engineer gave first class instructions on use.More than pleased with total quality and cost
