We booked with Alex who was very helpful indeed and calmed our young daughter’s nerves. The instructor Matt was exceptional. He was giving each participant as much tuition as they needed and encouraging each person while keeping their experience completely safe. Indoor skydiving seems like a slightly crazy idea at first, but I am so glad we did it. Very professional, well done and safe environment. Will definitely return.

Having sky dived myself twice and my daughter coming to watch me, she had been saying for a long time that as soon as she hits 16 she wanted to do it. I looked at ifly for a while as I knew she would be able to do this at her age which is 7, I also decided to bring my niece and nephew along to. It was a surprise so they were over the moon when I told them this morning and showed them the safety video to prepare them. My daughter and nephew were pretty nervous when we arrived but their instructor Matt was lovely and put them at ease. He spoke to the entire group equally who ranged in age from 7 to around 40 so everyone understood. The kids absolutely loved their experience and yes it’s short but having paid upwards of £300 in England to sky dive and the same in America the experience lasts the same as free falling from 15,000ft which is what the experience is meant to replicate. The kids left desperate to go back and if I had been able to book there and then I would have (they offer discounts if you book on the day), we did however pay the £10 extra per child to do the high flight.Matt made sure i got some brilliant photos and videos of the kids by bringing them over to where I was stood.Overall an amazing experience for them and I would highly recommend. The lady on reception was also lovely too.We will definitely be back. Thanks Matt and ifly

Time spent at venue / to be accounted-for is not always accurate - depends to how busy they are.Overall facilities and Staff are great.5 jumps in. Great place to feel the wind before going outdoors-skydiving. Maybe a fun birthday activity too; especially the jumps with VR headsets.Summit Up skiing is also just next door, which is perfect for combining full day activities.

Just Be careful! Maybe it is a good flight, and it is your choice, but I decided not to go, because when you buy the voucher or ticket there is no information, that it is a very dangerous activity and there is the risk of injury and death. And before you go on your flight you have to accept that iFLY is not responsible for any injury or death. So you can see this information only after you have booked the date of fly. Also if you live far away from the place they don't take any responsibility if you will become just a little bit later even if it is motorway traffic or any reason. They just cancel the flight in this case. Also, I found information that there were already in the UK cases of very bad injuries and death and because my way to the place was quite long I decided not to go and not to risk, and it is very sad, that you can't make an exchange or get a refund. And as I already said you get all the information after you already booked the date.

Had an amazing first experience with iFly! You receive instructions prior to the lesson and you receive a briefing session before you fly from the instructor so you are in good hands. The actual “flying” definitely lives up to the hype so don’t miss it! Will definitely return for more lessons next time I’m back in Manchester!

Wow what an exciting experience!Booked this for my two daughters, aged 12 and 15, and they both absolutely loved it and are already talking about going back.We booked the kickstart package, as neither had done anything like this before. It involved 2 flights, and the option of a high flight with the instructor (which was an additional £10). The video and photo option was an additional £15.The instructors were very friendly and approachable and great with the kids. The whole experience felt very safe. The viewing area is big and comfortable so you have a good view of the people in the chamber, it was just a shame the cafe was closed as I think most people there would have had a hot drink and snack while they were waiting.Easy to find and plenty of parking available, we will definitely be coming back in the near future!

Really enjoyable experience. Highly recommend it for anyone. There was people of all ages there and everyone seemed to enjoy it. As instructed we got there 45 mins early but the wait wasn’t long, you could see other people doing it and that was good fun to watch. The clothing and instruction was decent. The experience itself was quite exhilarating and even though it’s short it’s quite hard work so long enough but if I could have afforded to do more sessions it would be good to try to do more to improve. The £10 for a ride up to the top was worth it.
