Whether it be on my JCB 2CX or working on a 19 tonne lorry chassis, Chris is always able and willing to find the best way to deal with any problems. From a broken chassis to a broken lifting arm, to rebuilding a Nissan Navara.Chris always does an excellent job at very competitive price.I have and would recommend Chris to a number of people who have all been equally happy with his quality of work and prices.

My 7.5 recovery trucks HIAB (crane) had decided to separate itself from the chassis, a good friend and garage owner gave me the details for Chris and his son, I needed a really strong weld on the chassis, Chris came the same night to look at the job and quote me on it. He came the next evening as promised, got straight to work telling me every step he was doing to make the job perfect. He spend a good couple of hours making sure the Job was A1, Trust me, there is no chance of this happening again. most of his reviews are for the smaller parts on cars (exhausts etc) but he clearly can work on big plant and heavier metals.. Thanks Chris, you are indeed a live saver...… back to work for me!!

Fantastic from start to finish. I own an MX5 which needed extensive welding to pass its MOT. My usual welder was unable to do the job and I managed to find Chris. The quality of work Chris did was excellent and he kept me informed every step of the way. I was on a tight deadline to have the car returned for its retest deadline. Chris pulled out all the stops and got the job done in time. In my rush to get away for the retest I forgot my locking wheel nut. Chris’s son Jaiden delivered the wheel nut to my house, e really kind thing to do, considering I live 18 miles away. What a service. I highly recommend CY welding and would definitely use them again. The price was excellent as well.

Brilliant guy, excellent job!I made the split decision to drive to the shop rather than going straight home. As I pulled in Chris approached me and told me my exhaust had gone, I couldn't tell if he was joking or what. After abit of back and forth, he actually got down on the floor and Checked. Cut a long story short, I was booked in for the next day.And the car was fixed within an hour. It didn't break my pockets either.Chris and his son did such a good job, I feel like I have a brand new car.I just want to thank you yet again Chris, because not alot of people will go out of there way to help you, the way you helped me.Good people.

My exhaust pipe had popped off due to damages, very happy that I came across cywelding they did a good job at a fair price no time wasting welded it straight back on
