Kind and helpful staffs. Explain the situations very politely and helping us to finish our purpose of visit.

Shot a wedding here recently, staff very accomodating of us and friendly, beautiful park on their doorstep too.

They let me put some lilies our the back today to remember my husband who passed away 4 years ago.I took photos out there too.. It reminded me of when I married there 12 years ago.Kind man who let me go round the back today.Every year I take photos of the bridge where I had my wedding photos too.

Can’t get hold of the registrar have tried for over 3 weeks rang 24 times. Spoke to council directly 3 times who keep saying “they will call back” I rang this morning and the person had just walked into the office so they were not able to speak this was at 10am. How inconsiderate of me to disturb them while eating breakfast. I have fillled out their form online which states they call back after 5 days 3 seperate times. And surprise surprise they still have not rang. My final option is to train a pigeon to fly with a letter as I feel a rodent may have a better chance of getting in contact than I have had.

Always had a good experience hwre. Timely, friendly and professional staff. Arrive early. Most people I saw complaining were late for their appointment.

Surprisingly was in and out in 20 mins . Very quick service. Staff where polite and friendly. Parking right outside if you get lucky. Covid safe. Not a bad word to say .

Pretty venue for a small wedding, but the staff are terribly organised. Takes forever to get anything done or speak to anyone.I wouldn't recommend as a venue
