Excellent customer service from Ben. We found the product we wanted at the best price with Oakleigh, and we messaged before ordering to check the delivery would be possible (for access reasons). Ben called back very quickly, was very helpful and easy to talk to, and we placed the order. Delivery was on-time, no problems at all - and a very nice delivery man too!

On this last occasion the particular carpet I ordered was not available, Ben emailed me then rang me to inform me of my options, a refund being one of them. The service from Oakleigh Flooring has been outstanding very time I've used them for my flooring needs over the past few years while refurbishing my house. Flooring samples are readily available to help find the perfect product for your particular situation. Ordering online is really simple and updates on the order are provided. Ive had delivery straight to the door and to one of there local partners when I knew I would not be able to accept a delivery. All but one item in my deliveries have arrived in excellent condition. the one that had minor damage was replaced with no quibbles. I highly recommend Oakleigh Flooring and Ben.
