Genuine, honest and exceptionally helpful. I didn't think companies like this existed anymore.Rob is very knowledgeable and passionate about stoves. I have still not yet met him, but have hugely benefitted from his advice and support while we have installed a wood burner. I can't recommend the team at Stove Book more highly.

From beginning to end, the service and expertise we received from Rob at Stovebook was fantastic. He advised on the type and size of stove that was suitable for us, and delivered it at a great price. His communication was always timely and the whole experience was stress free.The install itself went seamlessly too, largely due to our fabulous fitter, Darren. He was a pleasure to have in the house, and consulted with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the finished result. He took a lot of care to ensure that everything was finished to a very high standard, and I have already told him that he is the only person who will be installing stoves for me in the future!I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

The team fitted the stove and also made some alterations to ensure the stove fitted/worked correctly. They ensured that everything was done to a very high standard and worked quickly and tidily. Following installs at my in laws and grandparents houses last year, I didn't hesitate to contact Rob when I wanted a log burner installed. They opened up my existing fireplace, which turned out not to be as simple as first thought, and installed a lovely Allure 7. It has completely transformed our room and they have done a top job. Can't recommend Stovebook enough.

Stovebrook have been so helpful in installing our log burner which turned out to be a complicated job due to small opening. But nothing was too much trouble for them. Rob and Darren have been so informative the whole way through and left our house very clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend Stovebrook to anyone looking to have chimney works done. They have a great shop with plenty of burners to check out too!
