Paul responded to my enquiry promptly and called me back with details on how he could best to clean our sofas. He arrived early on the arranged date and charged me exactly what was agreed on the phone at the time of booking. During his visit he was friendly and professional and took great pride in his work. We are delighted with the cleanliness of our sofas, he’s done a great job.
