Jon and David at Central were absolutely superb. Very good communications, helpful and responsive in addressing any queries we had, and they went out of their way to help us purchase a car from them. When we subsequently found that the heating didn't work, they immediately arranged for it to be fixed by our local dealer. They are also registered with the Motor Ombudsman. We found them to be very honest and would recommend them without hesitation.

Zero stars! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CROOKS. They lied to me about the condition and history of the vehicle I went on to purchase from them. I had problems from day 1. The car was in and out of the garage. It had not been serviced in 2 years but they claimed it had. It now needs £2500 worth of work due to turbo failure and Jon and Dave will not answer my calls or messages. I’m a mum of 3 young children and my car has been off the road for 5 months and they will not help me. Please don’t make the mistake I did in trusting these criminals

Purchased a vehicle from Jon & Dave today. Was an absolute pleasure doing business with these. A truly great experience and exactly how easy and personal a car purchase should be. Some lovely motors in stock. My grandfather could not be happier with his new Jaguar. Very attentive and real genuine people. I will personally be coming back to these two when im due a change. Bought my VW Touareg from these guys! No quibble, no rush or hard sale. Let me Carry out a full inspection and plug my diagnostic scanner in. Straight up and honest which is hard to find in the car sales game, even got a little bit off to rectify a bit off paint work. Fantastic and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks again gents.

Avoid this company AND do not buy Blue Ford Grand C-Max LG68 ZHX. This company misrepresented the car to me, it turned out to be a former taxi registered by Braintree Council and also has serious DPF problems. Exhaust pressure sensor fault, NOx sensor fault, DPF fault all amounting to well over £3.5k to fix. In addition, it has a Stop/Start malfunction that is disabling the stop/start. This company is aware, they refunded me, albeit not the entire amount I paid. This vehicle attracts extra £6k depreciation due to its taxi history and is currently valued at £6070 trade.

Brought a car from this business. Despite most of the paperwork going well a short time after driving off the car started having clutch problems. I brought it in to get checked, they told me to come in on a certain day. I went in and then they said they can’t do it until the week after. They didn’t offer any courtesy car or replacement. The week after they said I bought a used car so its my problem.
